"No-overload design" Design
- BOCO FPP slurry filter press pumps feature a unique head-flow curve that delivers lower head at higher flow rates and higher head at lower flow rates. This characteristic perfectly matches the dynamic operational demands of filter press dewatering processes. When configured with a properly sized motor, the pump ensures the motor operates within safe load limits across the entire flow range, eliminating the risk of overload under any working condition.
Side and Back Suction Design
To effectively tackle the leakage issue of filter press pumps, BOCO FPP pumps adopt a side and back suction structure combined with an expeller seal.
Adjustable Direction of Inlet Design
Viewed from the pump body's orientation, the suction inlet has been upgraded from the original single-left-side configuration to a dual-option design for user convenience.
