Product Introduction

Working Conditions  

  • Temperature Range: Liquid temperature ≤80°C (up to 120°C), ambient temperature generally ≤40°C
  • Maximum Working Pressure (inlet + pump pressure) ‌:

1.0 MPa(G) when H9 ≤ 75m

1.6 MPa(G) when H9 > 75m

  • Special configurations available up to 1.6 MPa(G) or 2.5 MPa(G) respectively
  • Seal Water Supply: Not required if inlet pressure ≥ 0.03 MPa(G)  

Features & Structure Design

Impeller

  • Features a double-suction design that minimizes axial force to the lowest level.
  • Equipped with an optimal hydraulic model refined through CAD optimization, ensuring excellent performance.
  • One pump casing can accommodate both the original impeller and modified versions, allowing adaptation to various operating conditions and improving efficiency.

Pump Casing

  • Adopts a double-volute structure to reduce radial forces, resulting in lower bearing loads and extended service life.
  • Features a self-aligning pump cover for easy installation.
  • The relative position of the motor, pump, and piping can be customized based on site requirements.
  • Inlet is free of filtration chambers, ensuring smooth operation and low energy loss.

 Bearings

  • Utilizes grease-lubricated rolling bearings that are easy to maintain, with enlarged bearing size for longer life.
  • The rear-end bearing uses a sleeve-and-key assembly, ensuring secure fixation and convenient disassembly.

 Shaft

  • Features a thicker shaft with high rigidity, ensuring stable operation and innovative design.
  • Short-term reverse rotation causes no damage, and direction changes are convenient.
  • The shaft is fully sealed, preventing contact with liquid and eliminating thread corrosion.
  • All parts maintain precise assembly dimensions, eliminating the need for on-site adjustments during pump assembly.

Baseplate

  • Available with a welded baseplate upon request, offering high impact resistance, good toughness, and durability while remaining lightweight.

Shaft Sealing

  • Equipped with a high-quality mechanical seal that ensures zero leakage; the seal sleeve is made of stainless steel to prevent rust and simplify maintenance.
  • Offers non-asbestos soft packing that meets environmental standards.
  • Features an injection-type soft packing with online maintenance capability, allowing servicing without shutdown, avoiding costly downtime, and minimizing friction lossesall while ensuring no leakage.
